domain ConsoleChat.com offer received

I just received a $100 offer here at NP for ConsoleChat.com.

Should I sell at $100 or hold out for more? Any comments will be much appreciated.

I would sell it. Console is a very generic term which is good so that it can relate to many types of consoles however I also think it's an ugly word.

Sell it or counter $250. But if the offer was from a NP person won't that affect the sale asking this question where they can see others' comments. I mean if everyone replied "sell it now" or "take the money and run" don't you think the offerer will see that and think $100 is too high of an offer. I would'nt want to take that chance. Just a thought!
