With so many extensions available for as less as 2 dollars hand registration, is the .COM living on borrowed time? In 10-15 years time will .LIFE be the same as .COM in valuation? Or is the .COM living on borrowed time just now...

While the vast number of domainers fear NGTLDs replacing .com it will take some time as non-domainers are just now learning and visit .xyz sites and other NGTLDs. Give it 3 years and .com might be dead

Dream on. There is more demand for .com now than ever.

The bot service and real-time data providers gives you the tools you need to better understand ngtlds and their symptoms. In short, the US and Asian market giving up on almost all P&D ngtlds (Shortdot leading the way) and African and EU market starting to show a "give up" signals.

As long as the DNS will exist, .com will be alive.
But being alive doesn't mean being top.
That's the point.

The demand for .com will decrease as soon as people understand that it is not top.

No bot services or real-time data providers will be able to show that .com is (literally) top.
.com is (literally) not top.
That's the symptom.

Top will take over .com ..
It (literally) happened already, the whole .com market got topped.
This doesn't mean that .com is dead.
It is just not top.

Most big companies have a .com - URL, I do not denie that.
But even the biggest of them are far from the top.
Because they use .com which is not top.

You can expect a biased response. Those holding hundreds of .coms will say .com will live forever. You should know that they are in comma. We all know no empire lasted forever. Rome died and the same will be for USA and other entities as well. Just ignore them. On the other hand, those who are unable to register good .coms resort to registering new extensions in the hope that they will be valuable in future. And nobody knows the future. So, buy both .coms and new extensions.

Agreement is Not a Proof that Something is Correct. Majority are losers. Winners are few.

The sky is not "TOP"
1st is not "TOP"
Mount Everest is not "TOP"
And .com is not top as well.

Only .top is top, the .com market got topped by that fact.

One fact with a huge effect.
