Hey everybody. I hope you are all doing well today.
As you know, when you use the parking optimizer in your domain management screen at SEDO, you have the ability to suggest your own keywords. There are little colored boxes that indicate the current status of the keyword for each domain.
Red = no valid keyword.
Yellow = waiting for approval.
Green = active keyword set.
Normally, with a newly entered domain, the box will change from red to yellow after you suggest a keyword. This indicates that SEDO will review the choices, and the box will turn green if they approve (usually the next day). If they don't approve, the box will return to red.
Are you with me so far?
Well, I've added some new .IN and .CO.IN domains to my account, but when I try to set the keywords, the box never changes to yellow. It stays red, seemingly rejecting whatever I enter. I've tried every relevant word, and it doesn't matter. The keywords are not getting reviewed, or even accepted in the system.
I have older .IN domains in there, and never experienced this trouble with them.
Are any of you encountering the same problem as me?
P.S. - Yes I will contact support, but sometimes we get answers quicker here on the forum.
