Sedo keywords

Just for heads up:

keywords: poker & casino

I guess their 'maxed out' because when you try to set your domain's keyword to one of these it will go into yellow (pending) then it will turn red not green for (ok). :P so wut other keywords r good?

I switched my poker domains over to sedo yesterday...

They have all been accepted for the keyword "poker" today! :hehe:

Wonder why it's not working out for you.

yeah it's casino in english - but in europe a lot of the countries spell casino with a k..and ppl that don't speak english very well often spell it with a "k" as well.

I had a couple of meaningless domain names at Sedo that I tried to optimize with poker words but Sedo did not accept them. If the domains were relevant to poker/gambling I'm sure they would have been accepted.

Because the CPC is higher on those poker/casino keywords Sedo tends to be more carefull with accepting domains for them.
I would indeed try to choose some other poker/casino related keywords.

May I ask for which domain you wanted to put the keyword up? Perhaps we can help if you post the name.

you know it is bad for everyone when you do this sort of thing right?

Sending untargeted traffic to keywords that are paying for targeted traffic results in lower roi's for the advertiser.

Lower roi's result in lower bid amounts because the "targeted traffic" they are buying is worth less.

Lower bid amounts screw all of us as a whole.

Send your names to what the traffic is looking for, don't try to make a couple extra bucks here and there with questionable keyword, it will only hurt you and the industry as a whole in the end.
