Can't push new reg domain on Pheenix

I am doing 2 transaction with my buyers right now, one trough escrow, and they have been completed the payment yesterday. So i try to push the domain today, but when i try to push, it's show "Some domains were purchased within the last 60 days and cannot be transferred. Please contact support to become a Pheenix Verified member and to remove the restriction."

actually i don't know this restriction added on pheenix rule, i have been sent them an email, hope they reply me fast. Any of you guys have some experience? how exactly to become pheenix verified? and how long it will take until we become verified?

All "hand registered" or "catched" domains have a 60 days restriction and can't be transferred to another registar.
I don't understand this part tough: "to become a Pheenix Verified member and to remove the restriction".
