Confused with Pheenix transfer

I've just started using Pheenix to backorder domains. I sold one on GoDaddy auctions and need to push it to the buyer. I don't have their information except their GoDaddy customer ID. The domain I'm selling has a free push so it CAN be transferred out. In the Pheenix dashboard, I scheduled the domain to be transferred out and I was emailed the auth code. I have two questions though:

1) How do I get this information to the buyer?
2) How do I actually unlock the domain? The whois data still shows it's locked.

You have to wait until GoDaddy authorizes the payment which will take 6 days.After the 6 days you can email the buyer and see if they want to push to Pheenix or transfer to GoDaddy.

In your Pheenix control panel go to "Bulk Operations" and select "Transfer Out" from the list of options. The auth code will be emailed to you and then message the buyer through the GoDaddy "Email Seller" link under "Sold" in your auction account. That is all.

Got it. So the fact I don't have the email seller link yet is normal (it's been 5 days)?

the buyer wants you to push it to a pheenix account or to transfer to gd?

if ts to transfer to gd then dont waste time, transfer it to your gd account then when gd clears funds push it to their gd account

I'm not sure since I can't contact them. The funds have already cleared according to GoDaddy. Wouldn't it take the same amount of time to transfer to my account then to theirs?

I always just create another L & P within Pheenix and push the domain to that account and give the L & P to the buyer.

They can take care of the transfer nonsense on their own and at their own pace.
