Can't get my site indexed

hi,

i cant get my site indexed for reason.

im using google sitemap, submitted a rss feed to yahoo of the site and linked to the site from about 15 directorys.

any ideas?

the website is www.flat-screen-tv.be

the sites only one page.


any help will given a postive rep point.

i takes 30-60 days from submission as Google has something know as "sand-box". The idea is the place newly submitted sites in there and start indexing after that period as to avoid fake sites or sites that die within a few days and only show relevant links...

i'm on the same page with a few of my sites, using Google Sitemaps and performing SEO work and all .... i'm on day 35 I believe will PM you when it gets indexed..

However you should have NO probs with Yahoo / MSN / Altavista and others...

I went to My Yahoo MyWeb Beta.

I added www.valtanphoto.com to my pages.

I am doing the correct thing?

Well to be honest sometimes it may take time. I started a webmaster forum and the Google bot was on there in a matter of about 5 days but perhaps I just got lucky.

Is there any chance your domain was banned (very rare from what I understand but just asking)?

its not banned, i only regged i a bout 2 weeks ago

i thought the sand box just meant your site wouldnt be anywhere near the top of search results.

my other sites got indexed within days.

The best way to get your site indexed is to have another site link to it. If you don't know anyone with a site that will link to yours add a signature with a link to your site in your posts here.

Once there are links pointing to your site you just have to wait for Google to spider that site. Sometimes it takes a little time.

I had one site that had links from other PR sites and it still took the search engines about a month to pick up on it.

well i have more luck i guees.
i submit my sites using all free submitions sites availables on internet, and after 2 or 3 days site is indexed on yahoo and google
if u want i can do that for you

well its does have incoming limlks from about 15 directoys and is in my sig ( over 400 posts).

so if does have incoming links


also,

i used google sitemaps to submit my site, i dont think i need to submit it as well.

BTW: how much do you charge (np$)

Have you checked your logs to make sure that the Googlebot has visited your site?

I had a simialar problem with one of my sites a while back, but it was with an old domain. Googlebot was one of my becuse customers but refused to index the place

it is the flat screen tv that he's worried about..much better if googlebot find your site and indexed it. link from a high pr pages will do with your site or you can add the flat screen tv link from all your sites for the link to be visible by SE bots..

I looked atmy log and it says the some robots have visited.

seems odd that in not in any search engine though

i think your right, it will just take time to get in yahoo and google

If you just started the site at the first of this month, I would really not worry from a couple of months. If you are still not indexed in Feburary I would start asking some questions. All I can say is make sure you do some link building, marketing and developing of the site. If your site is worthy, Google will index it

I agree, just regged a domain and after 3 days it was crawled by G. just get a linked from at least pr 1 site..
