I really don't understand Google. My site has been submitted last week to Yahoo, msn and Google. Msn has been indexed my site in no time, Yahoo as well. But it took a while before I saw Google find a result of my site. I was searching just on the url www.barcelonacity.eu, and YES i've got one searchresult, but... Google hasn't indexed my site yet. Does it mean Google allready crawl my site, but don't like it, because it isn't indexed. I just checked it with site:barcelonacity.eu, but no results.

Looking forward to the replies!

Thanks in advance.

It takes time. And legwork. Get the IBL's from quality sites for free - no need to spend money. :)

Yes - if you are "selling it" :$: :)

If you are working it - no price needed. It takes more time. And of course, time is money.

Just to warn you, it took my site a month to get indexed by Google ... not sure why, thought it might be because I sumbitted it to dmoz.

Good news is, it's #4 for the major search term "wolfmother"!! OVT 22k and rising. I'm happy =0)

Google is a strange beast. Some sites they put up right away, others take a month or so. Usually it takes a week or two at the least to get listed at all. I'm still waiting for a couple of my newer sites to get listed. Funny thing is that some sites are Google listed no problem, and it's MSN and Yahoo that are lagging behind. Guess it just keeps us on our toes. :)

well it is actually the same case with me

For my first three proxy sites ... google accepted it in like 2 - 3 days

now i developed like 3 more proxies and they are not getting indexed, i dont know why. One of them have like 150 + back links and still not indexed....

the reason it states on google's website is

you must 've submitted a little late from the last adding ..

even though my site gets hit by google bot still not indexed

no worries though

it'll be indexed one day or other :)

Good news? I don't think so.. my site has been indexed in Google, but with just 1 link!! Not that good huh. I've check it in google at site:barcelonacity.eu, but it's indexed just with one link.

Google = strange beast or my site is not relevant to google

Keep updating your content, and get some quality, relevant, preferably high PR, backlinks.

Those are the things that Google looks for at least.
