I know of a domain that's a two word phrase (sorry, I don't really want to name it :D), 9 letters long, .com, no hyphen between the words. There's an "s" on the end, the s is included in the 9 letters. The phrase itself get's a rather large 20 thousand searches per month on Overture, although Overture, of course, incorporates the plural and the singular - although I'd suspect the plural gets most of the searches. The phrase (the plural, in quotes) also get's over a million search returns on Google - and is generally increasing over 100k a month. The phrase isn't a "flash in the pan" and am fairly confident will keep on growing in popularity.
Can you a measure a domain's value via such large Overture stats, and if so, roughly what would you value a 9 letter .com that gets 20k a month for the identical phrase?
Thanks, SB
