Value of search volume and its effect on domain value

I have a domain that according to overture key word tool is searched over half a million times a month. Does that make a difference on the domain value. I mean there has been little type in traffic, it is a 3 word domain, however there is a ton of searches for the exact phrase of my domain.

What do you think?

Be careful on the word ordering on search volume, as many tools don't differentiate between, for example, "Las Vegas Vacations" and "Vegas Vacations Las". Make sure the search terms reflect the right word ordering. A name with high search results is beneficial both for SEO and organic traffic, which makes it much more valuable to potential developers and end-users.

thanks, i see what you mean i think i have the correct word ordering. The domain is best savings account.ca which i think is the logical word ordering rather than savings account best or account savings best etc...

I just checked with google keyword estimator,the word ordering used by people seaching is "best savings account".
Estimated Clicks / Day for best savings account :18 - 22
I think you need to work hard on the seo so that your domain will be on top on the first pages of yahoo and google for you to get more unique.
