Should I register it? This one might be for resale or maybe I will optimise on the great phrase set up a site for it.

Look at your keyword on www.Google.co.in , just to get an idea what people in India are looking at. Maybe this will help you.

Well it is an English "keyword". Reg'ed in most other ccTLDs and all TLDs.
