domain c0m.mobi $49 or $414,000

I just appraised c0m.mobi and i got two different appraisals. One was based on keyword and it appraised for over $400k. The other was length and appraised for $49. Which one should I go by?

You should go with the common sense appraisal - regfee

Who would buy it? Who would pay more than regfee for it? What are its uses? Most of the time appraisal bots are a waste of time as no bot will ever give you a $ estimate of a domain's worth.
