c0m.mobi $49 or $400,000

I just appraised c0m.mobi and i got two different appraisals. One was based on keyword and it appraised for over $400k. The other was length and appraised for $49. Which one should I go by?

Based on the keyword, i can not see any real keyword there.
Based on the length, yes it is short, but it is a CCC .mobi.

You won't get a good price undeveloped :imho:

I would have to agree with everyone else. You might get lucky, and get close to $49. Don't even think about the other appraisal, because you would then have to wake up from the dream! Sorry, but this is reality.
