It was appraised a while back for a little over $1000... it wasn't sedo or anything but they seemed pretty good.
I am interested in selling but would like to get an idea of it worth first. Again it was appraised at over $1000 but appraised and actually getting are sometimes two very different things.
Any ideas, thoughts are appreciated. Negative or positive.
