Buying names on Brandbucket

Hey guys, I'm new to this site and have a couple questions regarding brandbucket.

I recently came across brandbucket and became interested in their services. Are their customers generally persons or companies? Does providing a logo with a domain name provide that big of an incentive for a company?

I feel like if I were looking for a brandable name for my company, I would want to be in charge of creating the logo and such.

I feel as if the logo is just there to give the end user an idea of what the domain represents. Most brands would create their own logo that matches their message.

Though I'm sure a lot of them do use the logo that brandbucket has created. Even if some of the designs make me want to slam my head into my desk..
