A buyer is someone who believes that you make money on the buy - making the right investment by acquiring the right domain

A seller is someone who makes money on the sale - believes that a lot of good domains are taken and average ones can be sold by putting it in front of the prospective buyers!

Someone who is both, believes that you need to have a good domain name to sell and then, you need to reach out to the right buyers and put your domain name in front of their eyes, and sell them the idea of buying your domain name and how it could be valuable for their business.

Please vote in view of your belief and also, what is practise in actual life.
