Despite my presence on NP I'm not the smartest seller when it comes to working my own domains, Yes I've had lots of success but lots of laziness throw-in*.

Question is Which of the main domain resellers let you Have both a Fixed Buy Now price and a Make Minimum Offer Prominence on the sales lander page.at the same time. Despite Sedos overall success I really don't like the way they hide the sales info into a small part of the corner, and the Either or Or choice when it comes to the sales pricing options

*Watched one of my laziness drops (forget to follow-up the in-basket checkout) sell for $900 at auction the other week.

Many thanks for your recommendations in advance. I'd prefer a reseller site that doesn't try to monetize with additional ads (purely so I don't have to worry about or check for any possible Trademark conflicts) I prefer to list on the standard percentage commissions than any prepaid listing etc. And if they allow me to also list .co.uk's thats a real bonus for me

Thanks Jay Ha... I kinda guessed it would be someone like undeveloped. Your response has saved me the time of testing sites out

Thanks Guys, I've just registered with Undeveloped and listed one domain this evening, while I check through their processes etc. Shall get the rest up shortly.

I see they don't allow any 'Custom text' unless I'm missing something in their basic set-up explanations . Please let me know if I'm wrong.

So for instance If own the .Com and .Net. (or .com and co.uk) I wont be able to reference that both may be available at an inclusive price etc...I appreciate I'm almost asking for the same as having my own hosted web pages but no harm in exploring

Thereโ€™s a spot to add sellers notes for each name if you choose. Just click on the name in your list and you can add notes there...

Thanks Mainlander, My control panel isn't set-up at the moment. so that explains why I haven't seen that part yet. That's a BIG plus (says enter more domains to activate control panel)

If I may ask one more question, which i know would be of concern for any European based seller, such as me. I'm Not registered for VAT, nor is it chargeable on my private sales... Undeveloped state VAT is chargeable . If applicable - So that can or cannot be opted out of ??, or do they charge it automatically on sales (to buyer) if they are European based

thanks again Mainlander, I do have their contact details and I appreciate I'm digging deep. It's just habit to want to know all the ins and outs in 30 seconds ...:wideyed:

Thanks everyone for all their direction, should have done it much earlier.. Hope it also convinces a few others to give Undeveloped a go.

You definitely can easily add custom text for each domain at Undeveloped, I do it for almost all of mine. Just after log in select portfolio, find the name you want to work on, click the name and then edit, paste the text you want (and also enter prices if not already set) and save. Then preview to see that it looks OK. They allow nice long text descriptions which suits me well :xf.sick:.

I think the options are for the seller I don't think you need to give buyer options. It discourages buy now but instead see what they can get it for perhaps lowballing themselves out of buying. They will still try and contact you though whois to try this anyway.

Thanks again. It's nice to be able to get familiar with a new platform from the get-go.

Bob can mention or DM a couple of your domains you have added text to.

Hi Mainlander,

We mention, incl VAT if applicable for a reason. If VAT is not applicable, you the seller are not allowed to collect it and so we won't charge it from your buyer. Don't forget that we collect VAT on your behalf and pay out the VAT, if applicable, to you.

To avoid any doubt, if you're a non-businesses seller from the EU, 0% VAT is implemented.

Lastly, Undeveloped sellers can decide exactly how they want to sell in their billing section:

To work with prices incl VAT, excl VAT or to not work with VAT at all. This setting overrules all logic.

Kind regards,

Reza

I would like to see an example of a text too. I usually leave mines empty or just write the domain name as a keyword
