We have the domain:
BurnabyLawyers.com
And we're looking to sell it. Having held on to it for the span of 2 years I think it's time to let it go.
Burnaby is a very large city in BC. Here are the stats:
Population: 216,336 (2007)
AS you know Lawyers is a high paying profession. There are also plenty of lawyers in burnaby.
The great thing about this domain is there are many ways to make profit from it:
-Resell it (We have yet to really contact offline businesses by phone. Not my favourite thing to do. So market is still clear)
-Resell it to Webmasters (There are many people trying to rank for burnaby lawyers with domains such as familyburnabylawyers.com etc. These people are looking to create a directory and will be willing to pay for this name)
-Create a directory (This domain currently ranks #19 according to scroogle.org EVEN While IT IS TAKEN DOWN FOR MONTHS! At one point we were ranking #1 but due to some server issues our content on the site was lost...I haven't had the time to rebuild it)
Why am I selling it on NP?
Well, I'm honestly looking for a quick easy sale.
What am I looking for?
As you all know this is a rare and valuable domain with huge resell or development value. Rarely can you find a City+Lawyer.com for a relatively large city any longer. I encourage you to try...but you won't.
This was registered 2 years ago and alot of link building has been done. It was on the first page until our server issue. Youc an EASILY get it back on the first page just by developing it...imagine the resell value then.
