Hello,
I've aquired BurnabyLawyers.com a while ago but never got around to actually using it. I'm currently actually getting Search Engline Traffic from it without any promotion at all for a couple of keywords.

It ranks well for a couple of keywords such as Burnaby Lawyers:
burnaby lawyers 3 42.86%
a list of lawyers in burnaby, bc 1 14.29%
family law burnaby 1 14.29%
lawyer burnaby 1 14.29%
litigation lawyers burnaby 1 14.29%

But it isn't coming in first for those terms usually first or second page. IT isn't bad considering I haven't done much on it with a little SEO work ti could probably hit first.

Burnaby is also a large city in BC which is already fairly established with a busy hub of events. It is a fairly large portion with many law offices, businesses, and the city of burnaby is a fairly large sector of land.
Lawyers as you all know is a profession.

Please give me an estimate of how much this would be worth to an enduser or to another buyer?

I also have another domain name: coquitlamattorneys.com which I'd appreciate your help in apprasial as well.

Thanks in advance,
Benjamin

Haha thanks for your input. I was thinking of mid XX to low XXX because I was afraid it wasn't ranking first for the keyword since it was a fairly competitive keyword?

I'm considering contacting potential endusers shortly but was thinking of doing some SEO work first to get the ranking up before flipping it or is it a waste of time and money?

nah end-users dont worry about SE ranking and seo is an on-going work, so if you are thinking of selling it to end-users just get out there and shoot some mails :)

Agreed. It's worth $250-$300. Set your asking price accordingly.

Seems to me that you could experiment with not asking a specific price and seeing what they offer you. They might come in higher than you would ask for.

Please note that I am a newbie here, so this isn't based on experience with names, but it has worked for me in other ways.

That's a good idea, I'll have to consider that but if indeed I can actually fetch $250 for this domain I'd already be very satisfied with the deal.
