Bulk search on Name.com - Premium Price

I like to use the bulk search on the Name.com to search for available .com names. Many .com domains have a Premium price. What does this price mean, and how is the value determined?
Is that a price they make up?
Is the price someone is selling it for?
Is it the price that it sold for last?

If the same premium name being sold by someone at Nampros for $50 and you won't buy it, then you know the value.

Its seller quoted price. They have tie up with market places like Sedo etc...
