.mobi Brazil and .mobi

i want to share this with you as it can be good news for those who have portuguese geo/keywords

Brazil is a portuguese speaking country with almost 200 million people and more than 100 million cell phones

the largest media group here in brazil and #4 in the world (globo.com) has launched its .mobi version globon.mobi

it is said in their own newspaper, oglobo, ("the globe" in english) it is a service will provide flight information but when i went to their site it is the newspaper version for mobiles

I like their logo!

I would like to have time to develop profissional.mobi / profissionais.mobi (professionals) 18.000.000 / 22.000.000 googles to offer a lot of services:

training
jobs
works travels
calendar
etc...

whatever a professional would need.

why globon ?

the name of the newspaper is OGlobo ("the globe" in englsih)
they have a WIPO case for OGlobo.mobi and OGlobo2.com
globo.mobi is reg'd by someone else and theres nothing about it

globon is globo + on (online) -> globon
