I frequently come across domain names at ExpiredDomains.net with repeating letters like some of Keith's BB listing (diisplay, diversityy, inceptionn) but didn't bother to hand registered them thinking they were misspelling or mistyping names.

Do they sell? Why BB accept this kind of domains?

Quod licet Iovi, non licet bovi...

Be careful buying names based on what others got approved. Test it with one or two.

Right Recons! That's exactly what I'm planning to do

Your listed names are good, yes I am interested in your names so what happens next?
I don't have as much as you have listed.
I'm not trying to sell you anything.
I was just wondering what you have in your portfolio.

Keith

To be honest, I am having double thoughts about that and you and I know the reason.

I just checked your domains and I noticed some have extra letter which they accepted. I disnt know about that really

Surpisingly the domains with extra letters are sometimes used by companies. Check out the websites at Jimmyy.com, Editorr.com, Riipe.com etc.

They do sell but not all works.
Just my opinion, misspelling/mistyping name only works with 6 letter(max) name. Strong keyword, good looking etc..

BB will allow you to tweek the spelling of a dictionary word by a 'letter' as long as the word is still pronounceable, memorable etc.

An example is 'pig'. It could be spelt 'piig' or 'pigg'. Notice how the pronunciation is still the same?

Lol.. Agenccy & empirre was in my list. I pass with them as i thought bb won't accept it.
I feel that if i buy those name i suppose myself a buying lottery.

I personally got Smoothh and Strengthh approved recently.

I was about to reg Furyy.com a few months ago but didn't realize how good it was in time.

And the best thing is, these double letter words can still be hand regged today..

Not all domaining is part lottery? You need as well inspiration, good feeling and a lot of knowledge...I can see 'empirre' used by a casino or some kind of investment group. 'Tonicc' was a real brand before...and there are other examples...not all work as brandables, but some do.

Not to many....I have checked top 5000 keywords, which I think that will work as brandables, but not to many are left.

The only one name that sold in that category is FORRCE.
I think this is rare case because it is 6L & strong keyword.

Somewhat, i'd only reg a name if a rare keyword like stacck, starrt, sparrk are still available. Others like a buying lottery.

I agree with all the comments above. It has to be a strong keyword, preferably a short one. It also has to look nice and not confuse the pronunciation. I've had many accepted but I've also had rejections too. And yes, it's surprising how many of them are already taken.

And ultrra, puush, worthyy.. and others and this are just for the last 3 months and just at BB....there are a lot of them, you just have to look.

I agree that it should be strong keyword and I prefer them with an extra letter in the end of the word - I still think editorr was a great brandable and it sold in less than a month on BB (I bought it here for $25) - I have two more on BB - Tycoonn and Hikerr (they did`t approve protectorr)

Sometimes double double gets rejected. For example I had Thriill rejected. The i's and l's together make things a little blurry visually. So I can see what it was not accepted.
