Brandable . net is worth it ?

so if i have a brandable domain but its .net

would that make it valuable or not ?

i know same name but in .com

and its offered for $3000 as Brandable

Depends on the domain. Price is subjective, just because the owner of the .com has the price at $3000 does not mean anyone will spend $3000 to buy it, let alone the .net.

I would look at comparable sales, end users, etc. and price it according to that.
