Purchased the domain a couple years ago for dirt cheap as an inside joke between me and my friends. I checked for the first time since then, and some sites tell me by the name alone it's worth anywhere from $500-$1000. The thing is, Oops All Berries is the name of a popular cereal by Cap'n Crunch. Is it worth it for me to contact them about purchasing the domain so they can redirect it to their site? Around what would the domain be worth?
Thanks.

Hello TylerAsh,

Welcome to NamePros.

Just a heads up, if you were to approach Quaker Oats with an offer to sell them the domain you would more than likely end up just having to give to them.

Please search TM domains here at NamePros and you will get an idea of just what a bad idea it would be to try to sell a domain to a company that has, at the very least, a prior use claim on the Mark.

You could try to develop a site under these conditions, that you never in any way shape or form referenced the cereal.

But since you couldn't monetize it, why even bother.
So in my opinion, just let it drop and save yourself the grief.

Now that being said, to help you navigate your way around the forum please visit the NamePros Welcome Guide located HERE.

Peace,
Kenny
