domain Apolonia.net - popular name

Do you have any idea what could be value of this domain (both wholesale and end-user)? Domain was registered on 1998.
Apolonia is a greek name.
If you type in apolonia there are 546,000 pages on google, like hotel-apolonia, apolonia studio, etc. (apolonia.net appears in the first page).
Since it's one-word domain and it's popular name, it should be worth of decent price. What do you think?

Also, do you know where can I find a list of recent Woman-name.net sales?

P.S. This domain belongs to my friend, she asked me to post it here. Domain has just been parked to sedo and received one offer already, but it was too low to accept.
