Douglas, we have already responded to your inquiry via the support email/ticket system. Troy from our support has already handled the case and I have read through it from top to bottom. As he has mentioned, your account suffered a large deduction from our ad provider. As a result, our policy is to close any account to prevent any further risks / deductions from occurring which negatively impact our network, our users, and our upstream ad provider along with their advertisers.

Douglas, we have already responded to your inquiry via the support email/ticket system. Troy from our support has already handled the case and I have read through it from top to bottom. As he has mentioned, your account suffered a large deduction from our ad provider. First of all you did not answer all my questions. Troy says your primary upstream ad provider has charged-back all of my earnings due to the quality of your traffic being very low. And you're saying 'large deduction.' I'm running AdSense on my established websites for 7 years without any problem.

The payment notification emails will be sent out 15th of each month rather than the 25th.

We want to make payments as quick as possible, but we ofcourse have to wait on things like deductions/chargebacks from our upstream providers.

My domains are not banned from Google. I don't even think you've received a notification from your upstream providers, because you mentioned above that you need to wait for 15th of the month. Even Troy admitted that in support ticket. There could be deductions, I can't control all my traffic but you can't just take all my earnings.

Please contact support so they can assist you and determine why you haven't received payment. Or simply send me your account email and I will pass it onto support and have them investigate.

I have not violated any of the given terms of service in support ticket. And I don't believe there was a major deduction because my domains were up and running ads. It should be a minor deduction - even AdSense is cutting %5 - %15 earnings from an average publisher due to invalid click activity which can be caused by outdated browsers, search engine spiders/bots, high bounce rate etc. When I checked my balance 10 days ago there was more than $1400 earnings in my account. If there's a deduction, you need to pay me what I've earned after that.

Domains are ok, they are not banned from Google itself or AdSense. Even different parking platforms are displaying ads on the same domains. Troy, who responded my ticket was telling me that all my earnings charged back. However, Matt is telling me a different story. At this point I can't recommend their services to anyone until I got paid what I've earned.

I think it takes around 30-45 minutes
