In fact, serious escrow service should enable _all_ TLDs.

I agree that our escrow service is lacking compared to other services. We are working on something that should satisfy our users more than what we offer now, and we expect those changes to come quite soon.

Our main offering and focus has always been parking and we'll continue to focus on that going forward. The escrow service/market has been a bonus for us, and we realize there's a lot left to be desired in this space.

Please check for positive updates soon regarding our services. We have a lot in store and everything we are working on is done to enhance the user experience. :)

Just have a bit of an announcement from our team for everyone. We have sent this email message to all our members, posting it here in case anyone has missed it:

You may email support in order to use our improved support system. Your inquiry will be assigned to the appropriate Bodis staff member with a ticket ID ensuring an accurate and timely response. In the near future, our support ticket system will be further integrated tightly with your Bodis account.

We hope this change is well received and shows our users that we are 100% committed to providing the best service in the parking industry.

Just to recap in humanly words:
  • We just launched a support ticket system, emailing our support email automatically creates a ticket and assigns it to Bodis staff that best will handle the case.
  • No inquiry/support ticket will go unnoticed. We will respond to every legitimate inquiry and will strive to respond in the quickest manner possible. You should not wait longer than 24 hrs for a response unless it is a complex and specific request that can't be easily handled on the spot.
  • In the near future, the ticket system will also be integrated into your Bodis.com dashboard.
We're committed to giving everyone the best support possible.

We have new and improved 1-click template.

We're also testing some templates out and they are doing really well. If they continue to do well, we should launch it across the board and follow up with a second announcement! Stay tuned. :)

i got like 100 unique and 15 clicks yesterdayt in my bodis but my reveue is 0, will it take time to calculate ?

yes its take 48 hours to update the revenue.

Reporting numbers are currently not posted. We are working on this and expect this to be back up momentarily. Parking servers are not affected, only the reporting module itself. We apologize for the inconvenience.
