You shouldn't be selling on more than one platform with But It Now pricing. You are asking for trouble if you do.

Nobody has to change the TOS just because one member doesn't like them. Those are general terms for all members.

When you want to sell something (not only domains), you usually at least get informed about the intention and/or sign a contract first.

The payment is one part of a transaction (most important one), but not the only one.

This is with all goods and services and all contracts around the world. So nothing 'special' to ask for.

Of course we all like surprises and its nice to get informed that somebody already paid. But as mentioned, this system can create some problems (by the way, not only for seller but also buyer, for instance when seller made a mistake, etc. Then Bodis has to transfer money back and all that and buyer is pissed and will never buy there again).

Both parties (seller, buyer) should have some time for preparation for such cases.

I am not saying Bodis must change their TOS.
I am saying i personally would recommand to change this a bit.
Not only for the OP in this thread.

I think I should work things out so that each of my domains can sell for $500 or something. I'll be thrilled

this is my first listing on bodis and it sold around $900. that also thrilled me

this is what the said on payment notification (July 16, 2013)

well something is just not right - 27th is HALF of what average is for that account on a day like yesterday - and the day before still has not even come close to being fixed !!

so just more promisses and empty words or what is going on ?

I've summarized your concerns below with our responses.

Choosing Templates and the New Templates - We have found that our Click Thru Rate increased by 10% once we implemented the new templates. However, this does vary per user.

Changing Category to Adult - Please PM me with the specific domains you are experiencing this with. We can see what we can do.

New Adult Templates - We can take this into consideration.

How to Check If a Domain is on Zeroclick - You can go to the url - https://api.bodis.com/domainclassification?domain=domainname.com and your domain name on the end. Then next to "<BodisAdvertisements>" if it says "Primary" that means it is on the Primary Advertiser. If it says "Secondary" then it is on the Zeroclick system.

Payments - We have made all payments for July. Please contact me if you have not received your payment.

Change Domain to Zeroclick - You can use URL forwarding to send a domain straight to zero click.

Backlinks - We do allow these as long as they convert for the advertiser. If it doesn't convert, the upstream advertising provider may ban the domain and charge back the revenue earned.

Domain Conflicts - We typically resolve domain conflicts within 24 hours of when they are filed with our system. Please be sure to have your WHOIS information updated as well.

I still would love to see bodis allow users to mark domains for sale under a make an offer option. i would hate to offer a domain for sale knowing the buyer would of offered me more from the get go for it. Only reason i have not moved my domains to the sales section yet.

Seem, earnings report upadte slowly these days, and maybe it is same with the 26th-Aug problem. Worry!!!

At the time of this writing, the system does not say "Earnings reports are currently delayed. The system will catch up momentarily" anymore. Nevertheless, earmings reported between August 24th and Sep. 1st are noticeably below average, at least for my account. In particular, zero-click domains report much LOWER rpm (vs. pre-Aug. 24th average rpm) Am I the only one?

You should have gotten an email on 15 of the month with the total amount to pay, and then on 20th you get the payout.
