To all Bodis users/readers:

I am happy to introduce our newest employee to the Bodis team, Jackie. Jackie will play a larger role for our company in the long term, however currently she will be assisting all the users on Namepros as well as via support emails related to your Bodis inquiries & questions.

Jackie is no stranger to the domain business, so please direct future questions at her, as I'm sure she can help and answer most questions better and quicker than I can. (Emphasis on the quicker). :blink:

Our mission is to provide excellent support to our users going forward. I know this hasn't been our strong point, so that will be improved. We want everyone to get answers to their inquiries/questions in hours, not days. We have a lot of great things lined up for you all, and Jackie joined the team at the right time. Everything has been running well today.

Ping/traceroute is disabled on our network, that's why you'll see 100% or close to it in packet loss when doing such tests as the one above.

Also, 199.59.163.207 is not our IP address, so you've tested the wrong IP/network! Are you using a registrar's DNS? If so, the registrar might be having an issue.

We have people working remotely, however our servers and everything we base on is CST (GMT -6).


PayPal payments have just gone out so expect them to show up within 60 minutes as PayPal processes the mass payment file.
