Can you add column second or primary tiers in "Manage Domains" ?

I think we'll add an option eventually that'll let you toggle if you want to see more technical information regarding the domain, and part of that will be able to show you if banned or not by primary upstream provider.

In meantime, you can use the API although you'll have to run one domain at a time.
