The registrations will open once we open the marketplace.

We are rolling out a choice between 1-click and 2-click landers something this week. You'll also have the option to choose between the different templates. So far you'll only be able to choose between the Portal template and the current Default Site template, but there are plans to add many more templates down the line. Also, with 1-click on the Portal template, the visitors will see ads and no related links. So it will be worth testing out and see how that works out as well for some domain names.

We will also allow you to set your related keywords on "auto optimize", which will automatically allow us to optimize your keywords for optimal revenue. It's a semantic technology. We haven't been ever doing this before, but it should increase your portfolio revenue once enabled. The automatic keywords will automatically adjust based on your domain name and visitor behavior.

There will also be a feature to allow you to set your domain to automatically optimize between 1-click and 2-click and you'll also be able to force 1-click / 2-click just in case you feel better off optimizing your domains manually. Although, once the update rolls in, I will recommend setting everything to AUTO.

That should be it for now. We are going to have new tour pages for Parking, Buying, and Selling up this week as well which are amazing IMO. That will lead us to opening up the marketplace. And the same day we open the marketplace, we will open up the registrations. That's basically where we are heading from this point on.

One more thing - the Add Domains will work 10x faster and will allow you to add in upto 100-200 domain names, or even more, at once, without any more system errors. That should be all for now.

Edit: I forgot to mention. We actually will have a third template, called a "Search" template, which will only have a search box in the middle. And also, better management, and mass management will be included in this update as well.

Hey all. I've put in some new domains into my account that are medical in nature. Sadly, even for broad search terms like "cancer" Bodis is returning junk (info.com, direct-us.net, findstuff.com). Heck, even "lung cancer" doesn't even get any of the ambulance chasers that abound on the google feeds.

Anyone have a recommendation?

Believe it or not, all good advertisers are actually always on the bottom, so they are never displayed. That is because these arbitrage advertisers pay more than the ones with actual products/services.

Also, and update on our domain management. It will be integrated this night. So hopefully we can get it live by the time everyone wakes up Thursday morning.

Earnings improved???

After moving 100+ domains away from Bodis during the bad times (out of 300+), then moving them back with Bodis 2, I have given a 3 month test to see if things have improved.

Am I the only one, are have earnings remained about the same as during the worst times? For those 100+ domains, I'm making about 1/5 of what they made parked elsewhere (you know where).

I hear some people saying they are making good money, so I keep thinking maybe my domains just are not the right type for Bodis. (They are basically 2-3 word generics for major industries).

This thread has really slowed down, but I'd like to know what others are getting and if their earnings are growing. It would help to know generally what types of domains are doing the best and the worst...

Nothing is happening in any of my parking partners, same old same old. Maybe cuz the U.S. economy is collapsing in front of our very eyes.

Some domains just do well. I've had a person test his entire portfolio, and he ended up leaving a good number of his domain names since they performed better than elsewhere.

On top of that, we will slowly be improving. We haven't done much to improve the revenue as of lately, but things are on its way. The unfortunate part is that it takes so long to develop all these new improvements.

The 1-click optimization and other features are almost live. They were supposed to be live yesterday, but I took extra time to make sure that the optimizer stores and uses the most accurate data possible in order for it to make the best automated decision on how to optimize the landing pages. So it's just a few last minute things. We're usually always late with any new additions, but I really am looking for this to be live sometime during tomorrow's day. You'll notice it once it's there.

I mentioned accurate data. One of these last minutes thing I'm working on before releasing the new management features is more accurate visitor numbers. These will by far be some of the most accurate visitor numbers that will exclude just about ANY invalid visitor traffic we can find. These are just statistical figures, so they do not hurt your revenue.
