Ok I agree with beowulf on the cpa/cpm.

Pop ups don't work as browsers block them. Pop unders actually are a possibility. I have tested them in the past and the results looked terrible. I've actually used the same provider for pop unders as Sedo. Problems with pop unders:

• Most pop unders get blocked. Only about 10% get through.
• Average CPM on pop unders starts off quite low.
• Pop unders are based on conversions just like ppc ads. The less conversions we send, the lower the CPM.
• Pop unders take away attention and clicks from PPC ads.
• Lower revenue on PPC ads

Pop unders is a bit of a circle. You need to send quality traffic to hold onto a good CPM rate.

Pop unders usually do well for domains with tons of visitors and little to no clicks on PPC ads.

So if you send them those domains, you'll have no conversions and your CPM will sink. So then you have no choice but to use all domains for CPM.

The biggest problem is that it distracts the user and drops PPC revenue. I'd have no problem doing it if it didn't hurt PPC. Even if it meant making a few pennies per day for the user.

What's the timeline for updating the home page to allow buyers to search for names (and get rid of all the outdated domains listed). Been waiting a long time now.

Not sure on that. I don't think I want to add the marketplace for now.

Marketplace is a pretty big feature. It's a product of its own.

I have to wait on my developer. He apparently has a date with some girl and is not online until Sunday morning (which is tomorrow). I can't launch without him around just in case something goes wrong.

Good enough for me as I have to run errands today anyway as I have to leave this place on Monday to go to DomainFest conference.

We're looking at adding AliPay. I promised my account manager in China that it'd be one of the first things after new Bodis launch. It's a very popular service in China. Not sure about India.

Being reeeeally specific, perhaps we could do with an ajax loader/wait image whilst browsing through stats so we can tell something is processing.

Still would like options to change templates from 1 or 2 click and the ability the set related keywords, but I guess that's just me?

My congrats, it looks fantastic and very detailed. I just couldn't find one feature from old Bodis - custom keywords. Are they removed or not implemented yet?

actually its alertpay not alipay. alertpay is now used with hosting companies , purchases so indians will be using more as paypal now telling we cant use our own paypal balance for spending (all must be withdrawn to bank and we need to spend using a cc after withdraw :cy: )

I just visited it, logged in and explored: really nice, elegant new interface, congratulations! At the same time, since the structure has remained the same, it is easy to reach the different sections of the website without having to adjust to new ways.

Your web designer has done a fine job!

I thought you said you wouldn't need to clear the cache Well I didn't. First looks is good. Thanks Matt. It might take a bit of use before I can give you any feedback, though.

Only if Matt thinks it's a good idea. Another thread will have made it three dedicated threads that Bodis has had already.

I'm not against it, I just can't see why there should be a new thread with so much in this one already (including the new one).

Besides...I can rename the thread if Matt wants me to.
