I believe that the bulk search field is due to be reimplemented later today.
No changes...
It still popups during type-in... please revert it to OLD behaviour - without any "search suggestions"...
Or add this option into Account settings: ON/OFF

sorry but am i doing something wronhg.. when I paste a list of domains into search bar (one per line) it does nothing and shows nothing.

is the bulk list option still not fixed or i have to click somewhere to use bulk paste? cause I am pasting my list literally where it says to paste it.. on that input line.

ps. I too would vote to complete remove or allow on off setting for that suggestion window with all names that pops up... its extrememly confusing and annoying.. especially wth people with many names... not to mention it slows things down etc... truly, overall, despite your good intentions the new interface is nowhere near as fast efficient and friendly as the previous one. imo. ty.

hmm.. is this some kind of a bug.. i don't remember it being this way before last updaste..

when I go to view any of my domains stats.. then click country... then sort by highest# visits..
the name of that highest country is basically always UNKNOWN... .this can't be normal right?

Hello @alcy,

It looks like this only occurs when the reports contain stats that are older than 2-3 months. Some changes were made to our database recently, so I think some stats will be inaccessible after an extended period of time. But we are looking further into this matter.

Could you please confirm that you are pasting your domain names into the search field as a line-separated list?

If you're entering them correctly, they should appear as a bulk search condition named 'Untitled Filter'.

actually i can confirm pasting works fine, in terms of pasting whole list... so thnks for fixing it.. but earlier i just had a few names I Wanted to type out by hand one by one... so they show up in bulk.. .and thats what I meant is not working ... i mean it'd be nice if it did... but I'll understnd if you only wanna do this bulk for pasting premade lists. plz confirm. ty.

ok ty.. if u can check my paste comment above... plz do. not sure if that prompt is just not meant for manualy typing few names... and only meant for pasting whole lists. former does not seem to work.. latter does. ty. :)

great no rush
im sure most paste lists.. but... sometimes we wanna type few names and bring them all up in one shot like that.

i have a feedback for you:
sometimes we add new names and make some typos or errors.. intead of making u work extra or us seein wrong names pending approval, any chance you can add a delete button to that pending approval list.. so basically if needed, we don't have to write support ticket for u to ignore or delete from that list? ty!

Yes we want to offer that ability. Currently only one domain can exist on the platform. But with a change we'll be making later in the year, multiple accounts can have the same domain. The same domain can only be actively linked to a single account though.

Once we're able to do that, the pending conflict domains, deleted domains, etc will still exist in Manage Domains breakdown, just that you'll be able to select them via a filter and won't normally appear. This will let you start managing pending domains and setting up configs, etc. Then with deleted, you'll be able to un-delete them or view the previous settings.

It's going to take time for us to make this change as it changes a lot on our end. All the code currently assumes there can only be 1 domain in the database, so to make this change requires a lot of coordination and there's very little/no room for error.

As far as pasting, just talked to our team. You can enter bulk domains manually without pasting, but it'd have to be seperated by a comma. See here:

Also, I don't understand: why those revenue banners on dashboard are not clickable?
Why I can't just click "Today" or "Yesterday" and to see full report for this day as in previous version???

The dashboard tiles will be clickable in the near future. However, further updates will be required before it can be linked with reporting pages.

If I:

1) generate report for a period (lets say today)

2) decide to change the period (replace today with yesterday for example) - want to see another report

- then there would be no way to close the calendar where I selected the new period. No "X" sign in this popup. I have to click somewhere on the screen to make the calendar disappear.
Is it just me or my browser?

Based on your feedback, we'll now be able to offer limit increases on a request-by-request basis for the domain status tool.

Note: There's an overall limit on the # of requests we can do with our upstream daily, thus it is on a very individual by individual basis dependant on your overall income.
