hmm... not 20-30%, but rather only a few percents. Keep also in mind that only the 'really good' .biz are sellable. The others are only worth reg-fee (at most)

Not really. On average - much less. Depends on the type of the domain.
Probably you meant 2-3%.

Making such comparisons is dangerous. The .biz could be worth 1% of the .com counterpart but it could be worthless too. Few people will buy .biz on the aftermarket, these names are much less liquid than .com or other mainstream extensions.
