Greetings,

I am going to start a new business on software field. Currently I am looking for a good name for my company. I already bought BitBog.com/net/mobi domains as an possible name for the company.

Word "bit" has a link to software field and "bog" reminds me about my roots (home). I have and will spent a lot of time in bog (swamp). Also two words that start with B letter makes name very pronouncable and easy to remember.

Anyway, I am not a native english person and that is why I would like to hear your comments about the name. As far as I have understood in britain "Bog" can also mean "toilet"...

IMO, I believe there must be some much better .com domains left for a software business.

English is not my 1st language too.

Good luck with your business!

"Bit" is fine, but "bog" has a negative meaning: a deep, dark, and dank place.

Thank you for you comments. I think I will pass this name. Do you know if I can still get register fees back from GoDaddy, if I have owned domains less than 5 days?

If you have owned them under 5 days you should be able to grace delete them and get a refund.
