Buying a domain under a company name

I am about to register a new domain for a busines sI am setting up early next year and on the DN Reg Info page on GoDaddy it says "Business Name - By checking this box you certify that the Company Name
specified above is the legal registrant of this domain name"

Do I have to wait until I have registered the business name so I have a business registration number or does it just mean that this company is actually one I own and not someone else's company like Nike?

Register the domain in your name first and then you can choose to update the WHOIS contact information with the business name later, if you so desire.

Also, don't spose anyone knows where I can host my domain for free for just for an email address? I may have to pay GD for an email account.

You get a free email account with 25 MB of space with every domain purchase at GoDaddy, if I'm not mistaken.
