Between Estibot and Freevaluator which is the best domain evaluator

I searched for three domains on both estibot and freevaluator and both have different values
Estibot gave me $1000, $1100 and $000
While freevaluator gave me $0,$10 and $230 on d same domain..
Pls expert bail me out

Yeah post in the appraisal section. Many domainers find those free tools useless to begin with.

Estibot is good for the metrics it provides. That's about the only praise it gets..

Both compare apples and oranges against domains.
today i am selling something at 2k but bots $100 and zero.
Previous keyword sales are even higher.
Buyer gets deal seeing paying less than normal for keywords selling a deal as better than bots.
