Yes, I have the same account AM for my DS and Rook account. ( I guess they optimized it in their backend)
My old DS AM Michael Song didn't reply all my emails so this afternoon I emailed my old Rook AM Simon who is really a very coooool guys. I always receive email reply from him in 10 minutes at his working time, and same in this afternoon.
Simon solved domains conflicts very fast, answered all my questions and listed him as my DS/Rook AM in the system by my request.
I would suggest you approach him for your DS/Rook AM for a better service!
