Best Place to Register .NAME?

What is the best place to register a .NAME domain name in your opinion? I would like it to be cheap, but quality. Thanks in advanced!

1and1.com has .name for $2.99 but they can be a hassle for transfers to a new owner, unless they also have a PAID 1and1 account.
