Sedo is good for some things, they monetize domains with international traffic the best. They also do well with Poker Domains, and this can be real important if you have poker domains as there are few good places to park poker/gambling names.
I really like GoldKey, but they suck at monetizing poker domains because they show Las Vegas adds on them which is totally different and only distantly related. People searching for poker are just NOT looking for Las Vegas stuff, they want to play poker online. But GoldKey hasn't figured this simple common sense out. Goldkey is showing Overture ads and is a Yahoo company.
Domain Hop does really well with G-Rated high traffic names and pays out really well, but it utilizes the spammy pop-up ad and ruins the Domain Name because it gets a spammy reputation. Do not park any adult or poker/gambling sites here, though. Domain Hop is a Kanoodle company.
Fabulous offers one of the best Parking Programs in the world, but it does have weaknesses. It is among the best for most names. Its poker and adult name parking is the very best in the world. But it seems to lack on web application and software domains, pet domains, and any knid of video game domain, from what I have seen so far. Fabulous's 4.0 parking program is the hardest to get into though, you need at least 100 strong type-in names. Fabulous 4.0 is arguably the very best parking program in the industry and leads all others in revenue generation.
All of the above will pay PPC earned using PayPal if required.
I don't really use them, but I understand that DomainSponsor is the very best at monetizing names for banking, financial names, stock domains, insurance domains, reatlty names, loan names... the cream of the crop domains. My experience is that they suck in the types of names I usually buy, though. They kicked me out because they couldn't monetize my web technology, cartoon or video game domains. I have no idea if they allow PayPal payments, though. Domain Sponsor is now a Revenue.net company.
There are others. DomainSpa is quite spammy with all clicks opening within a new window. TrafficZ is very popular. Name Drive will pay with PayPal (up to $500). SmartName. Plenty of others surfacing as well.
Afternic.com also offers parking and allows you to chose between house parking, Fabulous Roar parking (not Fabulous 4.0), and Domain Sponsor Parking, right through your Portfolio. But the good thing about Afternic parking is the affiliate program that goes along with it, as the PPC share is bare. The affiliate program DOES make it worth mentioning, though. Unfortunately, its new higher rate membership fee is extremely prohibitive while everyone else is free. I just pulled all my domains from there as I am no longer a member. But they do pay via PayPal.
Of the above, there are a few PPC programs that are big on TMs. GoldKey, Fabulous, DomainHop and DomainSponsor are big on Trademarks and don't even allow them. GoldKey goes one step further and won't allow controversial names such as a few of mine: BombFlash.com, DynamiteFlash.com are examples, or any domain with a "bad TV word" in it. I think that DomainHop is pretty much the same way about certain bad TV word names.
Other than parking...
Perhaps one of the best ways to monetize a domain is to setup minisites that use Google and BrightAds, shows banner ads, etc... But it requires some extra work and the extra expense of hosting. But these mini-sites are favored over parking pages as long as they offer some unique content, because parking pages are seen more as PPC directories showing ads that are in competition with ads by Google, Yahoo, Overture and Kanoodle. Doing it this way also allows you to promote your domain, where parking programs rely on type-in domains and bookmarked domains (including expired domains). This means that you can really build a ad/affiliate site name up if you offer unique content and do not simply pass traffic with ads. But that can be a balancing act that requires constant juggling of site materials, too.

Oops... sorry about that. Grabbed the list of links from another text. Most weren't even affiliate links were they, just a few. Oh well, I apologize. I'll have to be more careful when recycling some of my articles.
I hope those are some good overviews for you. Remember that each has its own strengths, you will probably have to find a few solutions that work best for you. -Doug
