Be careful if you have domains at pheenix!

I wanted to check how much are renewals at pheenix .com. I ended up renewing my domain name at a HIDDEN COST.

The support button opens a new email window in your email client, with their email address pre-filled. Have no idea what happens if you dont have an email client. But basically you contact their support via email and i have only the best experience from my conversations with them.

Sent a refund request on friday. No answer yet.

I can't believe they are not telling you the renewal prices... You have to PAY to know how much it cost....

Really bad business!
