Boxcar.com auction platform is horrible.
They made excuses on mistakes.
They do not communicate
I had to go through a pay pal protest to get any communication.
They didnt provide auth codes.
Paid for auction same day won.
After 6 days of waiting to just get the auth codes to transfer I gave up.
If you are going to be a new auction platform. Here are some tips.
ANSWER EMAILS
Send out winning notices that have links in them that work
Sent out notices that tell you where the domain will be
Send out notices that state you have x amount of days to pay and transfer or push domain information.
In fact in the winning email, stop using images . YOU DO NEED IMAGES in winning emails, that will eliminate many people who do not like images in their emails and keep them from being blocked.
In the winning emails you should also have all the domain information won and your next steps after paying.
You know, like everyone else that does basic auctions.
This information is Standard.
Test before you start running these things...DUH!
