Hey Folks,

I've just started using squadhelp.com to list some of my brandable. So far I have 76 domains listed, there is no fee to list. I've had some decent action so far in the way of interested buyers but no sales as of yet. I've only been with them for 1 week now.

A bit of a summary review of SquadHelp:

PROS

• No Listing fee
• No Logo design fee
• Ability to submit your names to end users holding naming contests
• Ability to chat directly or send a message directly to end users.
• Stats of your marketplace domains are shown in the marketplace dashboard.
• Their customer service and support has been great, 24hr a day chat.
• Ability to increase or decrease the list price of your domains or to show a discount. You can decrease or increase the price yourself by $200. If you want to lower more, you can contact support.
• End users can shortlist your domains before they make a decision on which they want to purchase. The number of shortlists is shown in you marketplace dashboard.
• When you submit your names you get to set the price you wish to get. Because their commissions are high I recommend listing at a higher price to offset the commission costs.
• Their landing pages are fairly basic but they work. Because the marketplace is fairly new, I'm sure we will see style improvements in the future.
• One thing I really like is they accept multiple extensions. I have listed .co and .io along with .com
• Each seller gets a direct link to their marketplace portfolio, HERES MY PORTFOLIO. It is handy if your trying to p[promote your portfolio through social media.
• I like that their marketplace doesn't have tens of thousands domain listings like BB. They are fairly strict on the domains they accept to list and so this helps keep the number of domains in the marketplace down and gets your listings more exposure.

CONS

• Their commissions are very high, depending on the domain name they are usually between 30% and 35%. However, there are no listing fees, no logo design fees, so in the end their commission is very similar to brand buckets.
• Their logos are not top quality, in fact I requested to have some of my logos remade.
• I think they have a big backlog of logos to design, the wait time for logo design has been around 1 week, but your names are still listed while the logos are being designed.
• After your names are accepted you need to agree to their commission rate, at this point you also need to apply your own keywords, descriptions etc. I found this was very time consuming.

@Atom.com there seems to be a bug in the lifestyle image generator at the moment where around 1 in 10 images end up with very weird faces and a transparent checkerboard background. Almost like the process is stopped halfway through before the AI gets to finish properly:

I'm not adding anymore premium domains because of this...30-day notice needed to remove. I know they may need it, but just not worth it for me.

@Atom.com PREMIUM domains are traded through Atom brokers, and on the offer page, you have the option to send a message to the broker. However, every time you do this, a customer support agent intervenes and tells you they will forward the message to the marketplace team. Why does this happen? Is it because the message isn't received directly by the broker? I think it makes more sense to have direct communication between the seller and the broker.

I always delete my expiring domains from all marketplaces in a timely manner. I just did so on Atom today and received the following confirmation window:

One careless click, and I'll delete all standard listings. Does the option to delete all defaults even make sense? Users specifically select domains for deletion; who would spontaneously decide to shred their entire portfolio? @Atom.com

I have a domain that has priority placement for 63 keywords but most others for around 15, not sure why the agents have favoured it over others?

Has anyone else got domains with high numbers of priority keyword placement?

It would be interesting if the domain appraisal tool gave you an idea of the amount of keywords your name might be ranked for.

Again the 504 Gateway Time-out error when submitting just 87 domains for an upgrade to Premium.

@Atom.com Please fix urgently. I don't want to cause an outage of your servers every time. And this really disrupts my workflow.

I told them about this a year ago - they haven't fixed since. I'm always petrified when deleting a name

Until the end of last year, I deleted domains using the designated "Delete Domains" field, accessible via the standard listings in the dashboard/portfolio. This application didn't offer any advanced deletion options. You got what you ordered. Since the system change, I can no longer find this functionality.

I did find a way to use the expected 1 credit for 1 appraisal with the browser extension.
If you hover on the page until Atom Appraisal appears it's just the 1 credit.
But it's seriously bugged as the appraisal here is for OmAppraisal (rather than AtomAppraisal)

If you use the menu option for the appraisal it actually does appraise the correct domain but then it bugs out by charging 2 credits.

I think you've resolved it for the initial submit process (Premium upgrade).

However, I still encounter a 504 Gateway Time‑out when I approve Premiums for final publication.

Please investigate this as well, and I'd appreciate an update when you have one.

What I am not keen on is we agree to that but then the site makes dramatic changes and we either lose functionality or we are told its coming back sometime down the road. Meanwhile "30-day notice" remains in full force?

We should be able to opt out of our end of the agreement when material changes are made to the site.

This is a longstanding concern that many Atom users have voiced (on here and elsewhere) but it never seems to get adjusted/fixed.

Also, when you delete a single name, there isn't even a confirmation button - it just gets deleted. Talk about the two extremes.

On Atom, you better be sure when you go to delete anything.

Today achieved 700 premiums with journey started 5 years with SH/atom.

STR was poor in these years for me,but I did good with GD in 2025..but I have lot of hope and expectations with Atom in 2026 and so pointed 700 of my portfolio to them.

Atom changed a lot in the last years and 2026 will be a crucial for them including as a registar category implementation..

Hope 2026 will be good for investors/domainers with Atom
