Do you mean country codes, or TLD? If TLD, you can reg in basically any language now... There is no "release" per se.

Well i think the question he was trying to ask is are there any domain extensions going to be released in the near future that anyone has heard about?

I believe IDN.ru has been planned for a January 2007 release. And IDN.in "shortly".

Many ccTLD already support IDN registrations: .jp, .cn, .se, .pl, .at, .de and probably many more.
