Sorry, but that spelling is horribly wrong!
I actually have cozas (being a local).
Interest is there, BUT the majority of offers I am getting on them are in the region of $40$-$60. These guys do not have money.
Those who pump it on other forums, give their fake success stories.
The names in .co.za that they own do not make sense or is not relevant to the South African people. American-english names in .co.za are worthless. Plenty of South American names have been taken?? Why? It doesn't make sense. Literally thousands of this crap found all over .co.za owned by foreign domainers.
A good sale (one that is real) I would say in the region:
$740 - $2,000... Here you will need to have good names: one worder with commercial value.
Over that, you need special names: top keywords, brandable local ZA terms, premium.
.co.za is not for a quick buck.
But very recently, things have gotten kinda bad for the majority of the population, ZAR depreciating to three year lows, the mining industry is suffering, and inflation is bad.
If you are going to buy .co.za domain names, make sure it makes sense, and be prepared to pay 3 or 4 renewals before expecting a sale... could be longer.
