I have the following .pro domain names registered through Encirca, that are about to expire within a couple weeks, and I'd like to get an objective realistic appraisal of them. I'm also interested in the best offers I can get (even if they're vastly below the 'appraised' values of namepros members).

artshow.pro
drama.pro
earn.pro
exhibit.pro
fiscal.pro
hiring.pro
rare.pro
robots.pro
monitoring.pro
renovation.pro
I originally registered 22 names. I've renewed the others already, but have no plans to keep these here. Not because they're not good; I just can't afford to keep them all. They all had good Estibot appraisals when I got them. And, due to high 'finicky' appraisal scores on PremiumDomains.com (which I'll be pulling them down from soon), some of them were even "allowed" to be listed there.
Since I'm otherwise facing a total loss on these names, which I worked hard to find, I'm hoping some people find it worth offering something for them in order to nab them before they drop before someone else snatches them up.
At this point, I'll take whatever I can get. I'll wait about a week to see what the offers are and then respond to the offers I accept -- unless someone makes me an offer I simply cannot refuse sooner. Feel free to offer on individual names, or the whole lot. I'll review the offers and take the best overall deal, whatever it is, because anything is better than nothing and that's the ultimate criteria besides 'best offer'.
Offers can be made privately to me. I'll post when the names expire and or are transferred, so people don't waste their time. Otherwise I'll respond only if I agree to sell it to you. That way, you'll be able to figure out if you won the name(s) or didn't.
For winning offers, I'll transfer the purchased names to the buyer's Encirca account. I assume the new registrant will need to sign the new registry.pro Sept. 2008 .Pro domain agreement through Encirca, either at transfer time or renewal time, which is coming up at different times, depending on the domain, in the first week or two of October (when the names WILL expire transferred or not - so the buyer will need to also renew with Encirca to hold them beyond the resistration, and that renewal is $75 I think, although my cost to renew at checkout time was $59, but not sure why).
Note: I had these up for the past year on sedo.com but I took them down the other day because I don't want to pay sedo's cut, since there isn't much of a profit margin for me.
We can figure out the best way to ensure a straight transaction, so everyone gets a square deal. I'm open to suggestions about how to bypass sedo and other 3rd party fees while keeping everyone safe from fraud. I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to do best do that.
Thanks
