Does anyone know who is Fox Edge Inc? Someone with backorder experience please help!
I've backordered the domain that was deleted yesterday through Pool. The domain registrar before it expired was NameScout. 5 Days ago while the domain was in the Redemption Grace Period, I noticed the domain parked at Pool server, so I backordered with Pool for I thought that I would have more chance. Because prior to backorder with Pool , I tried backordered at GoDaddy, who said the I couldn't backorder the domain because someone already did.
Well the domain has been deleted, but I haven't got any email notification of the backorder status, whether Pool can capture the name or not. (I thought that I supposed to get one).
I just ckecked the WHO IS now and found out that the Registrar and server has been changed from Pool to Fox Edge Inc. When I tried to click on Fox Edge link, it said I am forbidden from the page.
The new WHO IS shows the status of the domain as Active and will expire on Nov.20, 2006. So, does this means that Pool failed to capture it? If so, didn't they suppose to email the customer who have backordered the domain that they failed or any kind of status update at all? I am very dissappointed.
Does anyone know who Fox Edge is? Also, can anyone recommend better (with higher capture rate) backorder registrar than Pool then?
Would appreciate your help.
