I backordered a domain deleting on the 21st with Pool, I have been watching whois to see who got the domain since I didn’t get notification pool caught it. Yesterday the whois started showing that the domain changed to registered with DomainBank.net with Pool as the DNS servers. So I logged in to my account but the domain doesn’t show on my ‘Auctions’ or ‘Successful Backorders’ screens?

I tried e-mailing pool but no response 12 hours later, can anyone tell me what is going on?

Thanks.

Well that sucks, are they cheating ?
Keep us updated about this, probably just some bug or something. Dont think pool is a evil empire they are regular dudes like us.

I am hoping I will get an answer from support before the auction ends, what is strange is I had another domain backordered with them also deleting on the 21st. They also caught that domain and it shows in my auctions. Of course the domain that shows is the one I didn’t really want :|

I gave pool.com a call, they did catch the domain but apparently I backordered it an hour after they acquired it. They still haven’t responded to my e-mail but the person on the phone was very helpful.

By the way the domain was freewebmastertools.com, anyone in on the auction at pool?
