Anyone know how to get a inactive Twitter account?

I am trying to get an inactive twitter account that the user wont respond to or have used since 2010.

Any ideas on how I go about getting this?

You can write to Twitter directly but you need to prove that you have legitimate claim on the inactive account, such as TM etc.
