Any thoughts on Google SE results

Ok here I go I am usually pretty good but my brain is fried and want others input. I am usually ranked in the first ten on certain keywords in Google search engine and now I am not even placed on the first 5 pages. I usually get some decent SE traffic now that has come to a complete halt. Nothing has changed on my website for the past two months. Just the stopping in Google on the first page. Any thoughts on this one?

I can only guess it`s Google dancing again, check after some days, most likely your site will be back again.

give it a day or two and it should show up again, assuming that you've stayed away from bad neighbourhoods and all.

it's another case if your positioning has been slowly declining from page 1 to 2 to 3, etc.

I would hope so :) but when you look at the site in google on a few key words number 1-5 pos now not even on page 10 results LOL kind of makes you wonder. Why the dramatic decrease. Oh well hopefully see in a few days

It has been a few days still nothing... What would you consider "Bad Neighbourhoods" Seems like it went from page one to off of google. But the links are all still there. Any ideas there shockie

i consider "bad neighbourhoods" to be websites that are link farms, illegals (warez, etc), as well as spyware/malware sites and highly spammy sites. these are sites that you really don't want to be associated with.

if you still don't see your site listed in a few days, you can try to see what's up in your webmaster tools and maybe even submit a reinclusion request through there.

I think it's Google servers or caching.. they have been playing with my indexed pages big time.. sometimes i see few indexed pages, and sometimes they index all pages.

If you're rankings are dropping it may be a temporarily thing and you will advance up again to your original position after a little while or your competition is out performing you.

Remember, that even if you have a certain position it doesn't mean you own it or are entitled to that position, keep working on your site, continue to build backlinks from good relevant sites/pages and you're rankings will pick up again.

If you're site still shows when you do this search in Google:

site:www.yourdomain.com

Then you don't have to do a reinclusion request as you're not banned from the index.

SERP's are constantly changing and you're competitors are always on the prowl and trying to advance as well.

Yeah after five six days of no listings.. finally back to where I was...

Yes I know I don't "own" the position but it was strange to drop out of the top 10000's lol when you are ranked pretty decent in position but none the less thank you all for your input much appreciated!!
